Soda water is actually rather bad for your teeth as it decays the enamel off of your teeth. Leaving you with decaying teeth, which is a big no-no. The acidic soda water tears at your enamel, making your teeth stained and becoming very weak. Eventually, the more soda water you drink, the worse your teeth will get and the sooner, your teeth will probably fall out. Making you have to go to the dentist.

- Try to avoid sugar as an added ingredient; beware that manufacturers will not always use the word sugar to represent sugary ingredient.
- Sparkling water and soda water are better options when looking for drinks with bubbles. However, the best beverages for the health of our teeth are milk and plain water.
