Dr Menon and her staff are very kind and welcoming people. I have recently completed my Invisalign treatment and I am so happy with the results. It was such an easy and effortless process and Dr Menon was very helpful in giving me directions on how to care for the sets and when to change them. I cant recommend coming here enough!!
Dr Menon is a very kind and patient dentist , there is no other dental service as high quality as the one provided at this clinic .
A couple of months ago I finally finished my invisaline treatment, which originally was told would only take around 10months. My teeth weren't very bad so when I got the original quote of $7000 by Dr Menon I was told that if I wasn't happy or it wasn't straight, she'd keep adjusting as many times as needed without having to pay anything extra. Basically after over 2 years of making so many extra appointments and adjustments she had Dr Menon had the hide to ask to an extra $200 for the final stage of aligners! The another $360 for extra for the retainers which I was meant to have 2 pairs included at the end of the process. Worst part of all this is that my teeth still are not straight. My molars still don't line up, and feel very uncomfortable to bite down! This has been a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience and has been a total waste of money and time. Please do yourself a favour if you want invisaline and stay far away from this practice, I believe Dr Menon won't get you the results she promises.
Been going here since I was a kid,Got my braces done here,Since Dr Campbell left this place has gone downhill with quality,My mum needed a filling done she has had it re done 4 times 3 of them within 3 months and paid everytime,I had a filling done in January and it's fallen out before a full year the door full of decay underneath the filling that was done,They had a look and told me I had to pay because it was longer then 6 months,I recommend you go down the St to Dr har
